I specialize in supporting women from diverse backgrounds who have experienced various forms of traumatic experience to include intimate partner violence, sexual assault, rape, psychological and emotional abuse, stalking and adverse childhood experiences. My passion is to assist women in reclaiming their strength and their lives after experiencing the impact of these experiences. My experience in providing trauma-based treatment expands to law enforcement and therapists to address vicarious and secondary trauma from work they dedicate their careers to.
I approach each of my therapeutic relationships with an unwavering commitment to provide a safe, affirming, supportive environment while maintaining a firm belief that every person has the capacity to heal to lead a fulfilling life, irrespective of the experiences that they have endured. I show up to each therapeutic relationship with much credence that it is an honor to walk alongside you as you share your experiences with me.
